Built by Managers, for Managers.
MngMate started as an internal fix to a problem we were living every day as sales managers. We cared about coaching our teams well, but between running the floor, hitting numbers, and juggling tools, things slipped. KPIs lived in one system, 1-on-1 notes in another, and commitments were often left to memory. As teams grew, it became harder to keep conversations connected and follow-through consistent — even when the intent was there.
We built MngMate for ourselves first. We wanted a simple way to walk into any 1-on-1 with the full context already in front of us — past conversations, commitments, and performance — without extra prep or longer meetings. What started as a way to stop dropping the ball turned into a better way to coach, stay organized, and help reps improve while still keeping them focused on selling. That’s what MngMate is built to do.
