These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MngMate website and software platform (“Service”) operated by MngMate LLC (“MngMate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using MngMate, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

MngMate is offered on a subscription basis and may include a free trial. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as outlined in our Refund Policy. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Upload malicious code or harmful content

  • Reverse engineer or copy the Service

MngMate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Content & Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By using MngMate, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and branding associated with MngMate are the exclusive property of MngMate LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Service Availability

MngMate strives to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” MngMate makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding performance, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MngMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MngMate LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

MngMate may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
