MngMate LLC (“MngMate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers subscription-based access to its sales performance and accountability platform. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.

Free Trial

MngMate provides a 7-day free trial to allow users to evaluate the platform before being charged. During the free trial period, users may cancel at any time and will not be charged.

Once the free trial ends and a subscription payment is processed, the subscription becomes active and billable.

Subscription Charges

All subscription fees are billed in advance. By starting a paid subscription, you acknowledge and agree that charges are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this policy or required by applicable law.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

A technical error caused an incorrect or duplicate charge
A billing error occurred due to a system malfunction

Approved refunds, if any, will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Subscription fees after the free trial has ended
Partial months or unused time on a subscription
Cancellations made after a billing cycle has started
Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for any previously paid fees. Access to the platform will continue through the end of the current billing period.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting MngMate support may result in account suspension. We encourage users to contact us directly so we can resolve billing concerns quickly and fairly.

Legal Rights

This Refund Policy does not override any consumer rights provided under applicable laws. Where required by law, refunds will be issued in accordance with legal obligations.
